The lower roll of our three roll plate bending machine can be horizontally adjusted. Therefore, it can be used for pre-bending applications. The upper roller moves vertically between the two lower rollers, which move horizontally. Driven by a motor, speed reducer, and transfer case, the two lower rollers revolve to produce the required torque to the bending plate. Customized three roll plated bending machines can be produced with the length between 1000-4000mm.
Note: Hydraulic pressure unload method is used for plates larger than 20 ×2500.
