Our welding rotator is made up of a diver rotator, an idle rotator, an electric control box and a remote control box. The diver rotator has two sets of movable rolling wheels and bases. The base, which has a box structure to protect the inside screw components, connects the two movable driver rotators. By rotating the screw, the two sets of rolling wheels move forwards or backwards at the same speed. Our rotators are connected to an electric motor by worm gear speed reducers. The driver rotators provide smooth rotating power in order to ensure efficiency in the working process.

The electric control box is equipped with a digital display screen which accurately indicates the rotating speed of the rotator.
