Welding Rotators

Welding rotator is a device that utilizes the friction force created between the weldment and the welding rotators to drive the cylindrically-shaped (conical) weldment. It requires no additional padding material and rotates the weldment while the welding is in progress. Most of the welding methods like diffusion welding, ration-frequency welding, and cold welding, do not generate melting. It therefore does not cause any burning loss of useful alloy elements or invasion of useless elements. Welding rotators simplify the welding process and improve the welding condition.
